Déclaration LMNP Website | Fiscal & Tax Platform for French Property Owners by YWS Technologies

Déclaration LMNP is an online platform designed to help property owners in France who rent furnished properties (LMNP) complete their fiscal and social declarations. The client needed a website that presents a clear, trustworthy and modern service-platform for the LMNP regime: letting users upload their rental-income, expenses, amortisations, and generate legal, compliant declarations.

I built the site with WordPress and Elementor Pro, focusing on a clean, professional layout that takes the complexity of LMNP fiscality and simplifies it for users. Users can add properties, upload invoices and rent receipts, track assets and amortisation, and submit their tax liasses (forms 2031/2033) through the platform. On the backend, property investors and accountants can manage dossiers, monitor statuses of declarations, and ensure documentation is safely archived.

The homepage clearly outlines how the tool works—“Ajouter vos pièces”, “Clôturer votre année fiscale”, “Déclaration fiscale générée” — giving users confidence and clarity. The design uses muted colours and clean typography to reflect the seriousness of finance and taxation services while remaining accessible. Local SEO and French language optimisation were applied so the site targets LMNP-investors looking for assistance.
